Aged 28
10th Bn. Ulster Defence Regiment (Part Time) G Coy
Shortly after leaving his home at Mountcollier Street in Belfast his car was hi-jacked by the IRA at Halliday's Road as he made his way to work at Girdwood Barracks.
He was abducted and murdered.
He was shot a number of times in the head and his body was discovered 12 hours later in the republican New Lodge area of the city.
Pte. Kenny was Off Duty at the time of his murder.
