            Another year past and I also will never forget you Ian, particularly that fateful day when you left us at Gosford, your departure to the heavenly T.A. has always been more poignant to me as you were the first mate I lost in N.I.

                well another year gone dad i still miss u so much but your always in my heart and my thoughts i will never forget the day they came to tell mum ..u died she already knew from hearing it on the radio even though they didnt say your name .we talk about you all the time iyouve missed out onso much like your 3 grandaughters and your 6 greatgrand children iwished u were still here so i could tell u how much i love u love from your daughter jill xxxxx
