28 years ago today Mick Rooney and Kenny Mogg of the 3rd Bttn Royal Anglian rgt both lost their lives within minutes of each other in two separate shooting incidents in the lower Falls area of Belfast. And at the going down of the sun and in the morning we shall remember them .
