  • 3 from the Duke of Boots died today in 1973

    Pte Brian Oram of the DWR died on the 07 April 1973. He was a West Riding lad coming from Huddersfield. He was born on the 04 May 1949 he was 23 when he died.His ashes lay in peace at Huddersfield Crematorium.

    Cpl David Timson of the DWR died this day on the 07 April 1973..
    He came from Mansfield, Notts. He was born on the 15 April 1946 he was 26 when he died He ashes were scatted at York Crematorium

    Pte Louis Carrol DWR aged 19 died 07 April 1973. He was born in Bolton on the 06 June 1954. His ashes are at Scholes Moor Crematorium Bradford

    Does any one have any details it could have been a road accident as they are not on the Op Banner Roll of Honour.
