8th Bn. Ulster Defence Regiment - L Coy (Part Time)

The IRA shot Frank as he worked on his farm in Rehagey, near Aughnacloy. He was shot at close range. His wife was pregnant with their third child at the time of his murder. He was married with two children and Off Duty at the time of his murder.
