It is already 31 August here, 50 years since the passing of Clifford Loriing, he would have been 68 now, maybe a grandfather, 3 days ago,Saturday morning I took my 2 grandsons to Oxley FC one plays under 12 the other 7’s, thought of Clifford then as he never had that opportunity , did not let it spoil my time with the boys, went for maccas after, their choice, sorry if I seem a bit morose but we will not forget,
